Pet Policy

Waterchase offers pet-friendly apartments in Dallas, TX with no size or weight restrictions. The types of animals allowed may include housebroken dogs, cats, and service animals, as well as caged animals, but there should be no more than two animals per unit and no animal offspring at any property. Caged animals must remain in their cages, meet the city codes, and be licensed. Breed restrictions will apply to all communities.
