AHF's Community Services Department is committed to helping residents by providing services that foster an engaging community, improve quality of life, and promote personal growth and advancement. Through innovative programs and partnerships, we: 

- Empower individuals and families to achieve financial stability.
- Promote health and wellness through accessible resources and education.
- Support youth and education by providing scholarships, incentives, and mentorship opportunities.
- Enhance community engagement and safety through events and outreach initiatives.


Atlantic Housing Foundation Programs 

AHF Scholarships

Since 2006, Atlantic Housing Foundation has awarded more than $20 million dollars in academic and housing scholarships to over 1,200 students across the country. Scholarships are open to any student enrolled at an accredited university/technical school or in a certification program including GED, Vo-Tech or licensing courses such as cosmetology, bookkeeping, welding, real estate, and more. AHF Good Grades Program
Atlantic Housing offers rent discounts and/or incentives to families with students (K—12) who achieve perfect attendance and are on the A or A/B honor roll. This is available to residents of Atlantic-Housing-owned communities only. Contact your community manager for details or go to AtlanticHousing.org/good-grades-program
